How can I find Rabud products?

Rabud products are available thru most US retailers. If you do not find the items you are looking for, ask the retailer to special order the item. Replacement parts and special order items are generally in Rabud inventory and usually ship within 24 hours of the receipt of a retailers order. Who establishes retail pricing?

The retailer you place your order with is responsible for setting their own retail price. Rabud does not suggest or recommend price levels.

How can I tell where my order is once I place it with a retailer?

Since some retailers stock Rabud products and will fill your order from their own stock, it is not possible for Rabud to track your individual order. Make sure you make a note of which retailer you are placing your order with and contact them with questions you may have.

What is Rabud's return policy?

Rabud Inc. products are carefully inspected and all efforts are made to insure that you receive products of the quality that you expect. Rabud products are warranted for a period of 1 year to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase. We will replace, repair or issue credit at our discretion.

This warranty applies to normal recommended use and service. Samples or models carry no warranty. Rabud Inc. makes no warranties expressed or implied, other than those described herein. At no time shall Rabud Inc. be liable for results obtained by the use of goods used in combination with other products or the modification or incorrect installation of our products. Rabud Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages.

How do I return defective items?

RETURNS:

For Retail customers
First check with the retailer you purchased the item from. Most often, the retailer can supply you with a new item faster than having us ship one to you. If the retailer cannot or will not return the item, obtain your original receipt and contact Rabud at 954-925-4199 for a Return Authorization. Upon receipt of the defective item, Rabud will replace the item provided the item is within the warranty period.

For OEM's and Distributors
Returns are allowed for products that have been determined to be defective in the manufacturing process. Any returned products that are not covered by warranty will carry a restocking charge of 15%. Request for returns must be made to our office at 954-925-4199 and must include the part number of the item, quantity of the item, reason for the return, date and (when possible) the original Rabud Inc. invoice number. RGA’s will be faxed to purchaser and must be shipped with returned products. Deductions will not be allowed on invoices without Rabud credit memos having been issued from Rabud Inc. Freight must be prepaid on all returned products. Returned products are to be shipped to:

How can I purchase overstock /overrun items?

Because overstock /overrun items are discontinued stock, they are available to the general public at drastically reduced prices. If you are interested in these items, please contact Rabud direct at 954-925-4199. Items shipped to the general public will be shipped C.O.D. Items shipped to OEM's and Distributors will be shipped via the OEM's and Distributors regular method.
